Program lists that open in Sheets
When you are building outreach lists or sharing a shortlist with teammates, Hi Energy AI can send the exact filtered advertiser view to Google Sheets—not a stale CSV download.
Connect Google once, then use Export to Google Sheets on the list you are already looking at.
Background: Google Sheets exports: what changed last week
Advertisers
Where: Admin or publisher advertiser search
Use when: You need a working list of programs—approved inventory, a vertical slice, or a domain-driven research set.
The sheet is branded, names and CIDs link back into Hi Energy AI, and status / network columns use color chips where configured. Extra tabs (such as campaigns) can ride along depending on the export builder. A Contacts tab is included for highly rated master contacts tied to those advertisers.
Pipeline
Where: Pipeline (applied / approved / rejected / stopped relationships)
Use when: You want every program with a relationship status in one workbook for AM reviews or weekly pipeline meetings.
Pipeline exports follow the same relationship-scoped rules as the page—so the sheet matches what you manage, not the entire public catalog.
Opportunities
Where: Opportunities
Use when: You are prioritizing where to apply next. Export the opportunity set after filtering, then work the sheet offline or hand it to a publisher.
Portfolio
Where: My portfolio
Use when: Your saved “must cover” advertisers need to live in a spreadsheet for editors or partners. Portfolio exports keep that curated set—and still attach the Contacts tab.
Rejected & stopped
Where: Rejected & stopped
Use when: You are auditing dead monetization, fixing broken coverage, or preparing a reactivation pass. Exporting the filtered reject/stop list keeps the cleanup project in Sheets instead of screenshots.
How to run one
- Filter the list the way you want the sheet to look.
- Click Export to Google Sheets (connect Google if prompted).
- Confirm the row count; for large sets keep first 10,000 unless you need everything.
- Keep the run tab open until the sheet is ready, then open it from the link.
Tip
For tag-based advertiser lists, export from the tag advertiser view the same way—Sheets replaced the old CSV-only path there too.
