Exports for change, content, and CRM
Not every sheet is a commission extract. These exports help content, compliance, and outreach stay current.
Deals
Where: Sample deals feed / admin deals
Use when: You want a filtered promo list in Sheets—exclusive deals, date windows, advertiser slices—for editorial calendars or partner updates.
Deals exports that reference advertisers include the shared Contacts tab so writers can reach someone without a second pull.
Status changes (Recent changes)
Where: Recent changes / status changes
Use when: Programs flipped applied → approved, stopped, or otherwise moved and you need a workbook for link QA.
Sheets lead with Advertiser for readable scanning. Pair with on-site recent-change monitoring so exports are the shareable artifact, not the only alert.
Terms changes
Where: Terms
Use when: Commission terms or policy text moved and you need a dated extract for AMs or legal review.
Confirm defaults to the last calendar month; use Update range on the confirm page if you need a different window before counting rows.
Contacts
Where: Contacts (and Contacts tabs on other exports)
Use when: You need a standalone contact sheet, or you are already exporting advertisers/deals/transactions and want highly rated master contacts in the same workbook.
Paid/admin rules for seeing emails in the product still apply to how rich that data is in your account.
Admin catalog exports
Depending on your role, you may also export:
- Publishers
- Networks
- Agencies
- Users
- Campaigns (often as an attached tab on advertiser-style exports)
These are operational directories for internal ops more than publisher content planning.
Shared behavior across all of these
- Filters on the page → filters in the sheet
- Live run page with progress; cancel/leave stops the job
- Multi-spreadsheet split if a workbook would exceed Google cell limits
- First 10,000 rows offered by default on very large sets; hard stop above 300,000
Suggested workflow for a “what changed?” week
- Export status changes for the week.
- Export terms for the last month (or your custom range).
- Export deals for the verticals you publish.
- Use Contacts tabs (or a contacts export) for outreach on anything that needs a human follow-up.
