  How sync behaves

  Transaction refresh uses AvantLink’s classic AffiliateReport module. Job lookback is typically about six months (month starts), while the inquiry feed’s default refresh is shorter (~30 days).

  Across every network, negative commission amounts map to corrected status after normalization, even when the raw network token differs.

  Limitations and gotchas

  • Date windows are commonly capped around 31 days
• Documented API rate limits: about 500 requests/hour and 10k/day
• Rows are skipped when a merchant cannot be matched to a local advertiser

• Commission terms are not imported the way Awin/Impact/Rakuten terms are

  Contacts are not pulled from AvantLink’s affiliate API—people data comes from Hi Energy’s contact graph / CRM paths, not the network ledger.
