## What Hi Energy AI syncs from FlexOffers

Hi Energy AI connects publisher credentials for FlexOffers and normalizes what the network can return into the shared advertiser, transaction, deal, and (where supported) click models.

Supported in Hi Energy today

  • Advertisers
  • Transactions / sales
  • Clicks
  • Promotions and coupon deals
  • Deeplinks

    How sync behaves

Use the credentials wizard or an explicit date range when you need longer history. Pagination uses page size 50 until all pages are consumed.

Across every network, negative commission amounts map to corrected status after normalization, even when the raw network token differs.

    Limitations and gotchas

    • Default all-refresh sales job fetches only the last 1 month unless you use wizard/date-range paths
  • Date-range transaction backfill is unsupported
  • HTTP 429 returns an error and breaks without resume
  • Rows with missing programId / unmatched advertisers are skipped

Contacts are not pulled from FlexOffers’s affiliate API—people data comes from Hi Energy’s contact graph / CRM paths, not the network ledger.

    Practical guidance

Connect FlexOffers on the publisher, run credential validation, then refresh advertisers before you expect transactions or deals to resolve cleanly. Many adapters skip rows when the local advertiser is missing.

If you are comparing networks for coverage, start from this page’s checklist and the companion guides for Impact, Awin, and Rakuten when you need terms + deeplinks + deep transaction tooling in one place.

Frequently Asked Questions

Direct answers to common questions about this topic — optimized for search and AI answer engines.

The default FetchFlexoffersSalesJob path only pulls about one month. Prefer the wizard date-range path for longer lookbacks.

Date-range backfill marks FlexOffers unsupported; use the wizard month/date-range sync paths instead.
